We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our client's team. The HRIS Analyst will play an integral part in our Talent Systems team, providing vital support and analysis to facilitate decision-making, business operations, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively within the Talent Systems team and with stakeholders to provide analysis for decision-making in business operations.
- Partnering effectively with different areas of the entire organization to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating complex HRIS processes, data, and user needs.
- Initiating process improvements across broad scopes of processes and systems.
- Creating and maintaining HRIS documentation as needed.
- Delivering training support on HRIS business processes to end users.
- Resolving front-line support questions and addressing complex issues raised by the business.
- Configuring and testing HRIS for projects, improvements, and releases.
- Assisting in defining and crafting system/business/data requirements.
- Understanding and contributing to change management to facilitate the transition to new technology and processes.
- Maintaining technical and industry knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums.
- Performing other related duties as required and assigned.
- Participating actively in the company’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
