APU Aviation technician troubleshoots, repairs, and/or overhauls, and test aircraft components to include the removal and reinstallation of all sub-components. Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician.

GTCP 85 & 95 Series APU, 36-150 APU ,GTCP131 & 331
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work involves disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and test of those components serviced and piece parts of the repair station manual.
- Applies technical knowledge of aircraft components in determining equipment malfunctions.
- Applies required expertise in refurbishing equipment condition and or operation.
- Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufacturer’s manuals.
- Will be required to make entries in work order documentation for work performed.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
- Understand and perform functions in accordance with FAA, EASA, AS9110, and ISO9001 Standards
