Job Summary:

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst. This role uses analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to partner with HR and the business to optimize our technology solutions. This position oversees the daily administration of the timekeeping and HR applications, and plays a collaborative role in order to help streamline HR processes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration, configuration, data integrations, security and overall functionality of business processes in the HR and timekeeping systems (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, self-service, reporting, timekeeping, attendance, leave of absence, etc.)
  • Lead requirements analysis, solutions design and development, product delivery and post production migration support of functional modifications and enhancements
  • Provide timely support regarding system issues and technical problems, escalating to the vendor as needed
  • Educate end users by creating documentation and training materials to ensure user adoption and positive user experience
  • Participate in end-user testing and vendor releases in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and administer reports, as needed
  • Communicates updates and new functionality to business partners and key stakeholders
  • Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change and process improvement
  • Lead projects as defined by leadership
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and adjust quickly to frequently changing assignments
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR and timekeeping systems administration and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of data integrations
  • Ability to intake and translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the HR lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of report writing and validation
  • Ability to transform manual HR processes into streamlined automated processes
  • Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional team members
  • Ability to manage projects/implementations successfully within timelines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to be organized and meet deadlines

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses):

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 4 to 7 years plus of HR systems configuration, business systems analysis or related experience required
  • Experience with HRIS/Timekeeping administration preferably UKG Pro, Workday, Kronos WFC and/or Dimensions is highly desired
  • Experience with new system and/or module implementations also highly desirable

Pay and Benefits:

Salary range $90,000 - $115,000
