*THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN A&P CERTIFICATION AND CORPORATE AVIATION EXPERIENCE
The Repair Station Manager has the responsibility to oversee the repair station, including the administration functions and ensuring that the station complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Job Duties
· Ensure the repair station has the resources to provide adequate housing, facilities, equipment, material, maintenance data and qualified personnel to fulfill its regulatory obligations and customer requirements.
· Ensure that manual revisions are carried out as set forth in this manual and that current and accurate copies are distributed as designated in the Manual Distribution List.
· Respond to FAA and public requests for inspection of the repair station certificate and coordinate all inspections.
· Ensure procedures for changes in ratings and location are property followed, and the transfer of assets are properly followed.
· If the repair station certificate is suspended or revoked, or if this repair station elects to surrender it, ensure it is returned to the FAA.
· Act as the point of contact with all customers and government agencies as required by 14 CFR § 145.3(a).
· Act on behalf of the repair station in matters described in applicable civil aviation regulations, including 14 CFR part 145.
