MHT Technologies stands at the forefront of smart building innovation, specializing in PoE lighting hardware and software solutions that redefine building automation performance and sustainability. We are looking for an Eastern and Western Regional Channel Partner Manager to spearhead our channel partner program, transforming strategic partnerships into profitable ventures that propel us forward.

As a Regional Channel Partner Manager, you will create and grow our channel partner ecosystem, leveraging your proven track record in similar roles to fuel our growth.

Your mission is to blend strategic insight with direct selling aptitude, creating new business opportunities through the strength of your existing network and consultative selling skills.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of existing contacts, encompassing owner representatives, real estate developers, property owners, distributors, architects, lighting designers , engineers (MEP) . These connections should enable candidate to expedite the sales process effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for specific territories within the N.A. market.
  • Leverage your network of industry contacts to identify and secure new partnerships.
  • Coordinate with each Partner to create a business plan for success, including pipeline and sales targets.
  • Provide initial and on-going sales support throughout the opportunity lifecycle
  • Employ your expertise in consultative selling to deeply understand customer needs and position MHT Technologies as their solution of choice.
  • Regularly update CRM and provide management with updated forecasts and sales pipeline.
  • Work alongside our marketing team to craft targeted strategies that resonate with our key segments.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5+ Years of experience in building and managing successful rep networks, with a particular focus on lighting controls or IoT products.

- A strong background and understanding of Lighting and controls specification, OEM and distribution sales.

- 2+ Years of dedicated sales in lighting controls or IoT, coupled with a robust understanding of the industry landscape.

- A strong network, including relationships with owners, architects, lighting designers, and engineers, enabling you to drive quick wins and long-term growth.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be results oriented.

- 50% travel is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
