The Human Resource Assistant reports directly to the Human Resources Manager
Preferred Experience:
Work Experience:
Three years of work experience in Recruiting/Staffing, and Human Resources is required. Only candidates with the required experience or a strong equivalent combination of education (i.e. Human Resources, Certifications in HR or Recruiting) and/or experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to perform the role will be considered.
Professional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures; Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to problem solve and think independently; Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment; Ability to handle confidential data with a high level of professionalism; and strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a must for consideration.
