Employment Information
*Important Note*
We are currently at capacity with our in-house team, but we want to offer trainers and aspiring trainers a unique opportunity. We recognize the passion and dedication that quality personal trainers bring to the fitness community, and we strive to support the growth and success of independent trainers.

We are offering a special arrangement where you can rent space at our premier facility to train your own clients. This opportunity liberates you from the financial burdens of renting an entire building, managing utility expenses, and investing in expensive training equipment. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with everything you need to run your own training business with the professionalism and excellence you desire.

Here’s what we offer:
  • Access to a fully equipped gym with a wide range of high-end fitness equipment.
  • The freedom to run your training programs your way, without the overhead costs.
  • A vibrant community space where holistic health is our mutual language.

By collaborating with us, you get to focus on what you do best – guiding your clients on their fitness journeys – while we take care of facility management, upkeep, and updates. Plus, as an added benefit, we prioritize our independent trainers for any trainer positions that open up at ZNT, offering a path to grow within our esteemed establishment.

If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be interested in, I’d be delighted to personally show you around ZNT and discuss how we can support each other. Please use the following link to schedule a convenient time for your Prospective Trainer Facility Tour: https://squareup.com/appointments/book/1oh7612yahz5wf/L45140935V59Y/date.

You can also send me your application so I can keep it on-file in the event of a position opening.

We are located at 1906 Watterson Trail, 40299, and we are opening a location in Middletown at the beginning of 2024.

This partnership could be the start of something impactful – not just for our business, but for the lives of the many clients you will inspire and transform. Let’s pave the way for a healthier, happier Louisville together.

Warm regards,

Zack Nusser
Owner, ZNT Personal Training

Job description

Must be skilled in assessing and determining client requirements in order to help them reach their fitness goals. I am looking for people who are very energetic, very personable, and great with displaying empathy for those struggling with the mental-health aspect of fitness. We focus on whole-body health, but we strive to emphasize the importance of mental health as a major element in overall wellness and it's importance in achieving one's fitness goals.

  • If you're an independent trainer just looking for a great facility to train your clients, contact us directly

Required:
  • 4 Year college degree in exercise science, physiology, or fitness-related field.
OR
  • Current certification in personal training AND at least 2 year of personal training experience
AND
  • Current CPR certification
  • Genuine passion for helping people improve their fitness and health
  • Willingness to show up early for clients and value their time
  • Willingness to make sacrifices to accommodate clients' schedules
  • Open availability and willingness to work odd hours early on

Note:

This job is not an entry level personal training job, nor is it for those looking for something short term. At ZNT we are looking to build a team of long-term, personally invested trainers, with the education and skill level that represents this brand. We are looking for passionate, and fitness-oriented professionals, not low-effort, low-passion commercial gym trainers. Please only apply if you want a long term career in this field, and want to build long term relationships with other great trainers and dedicated clients.

We put a strong emphasis on the importance of nutrition, so it is important that you have a general understand of nutrition. If you don't, I would recommend getting started on learning. It will be essential for success as a trainer and for many of your clients.

  • If you are impersonal and/or too reserved to display energy with your clients to some degree, this job is not the one for you.
