Residence Inn Kenwood, is looking for a top-performing New Hotel Opening Hotel Operations Manager.

The Newly Built Residence Inn Kenwood is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hotel Operations Manager. As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, from managing staff and resources to implementing policies and procedures. The ideal Hotel Operations Manager will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Located just a six-minute walk from Kenwood Towne Centre Mall and Mercy Health Hospital, our 134-room hotel offers unparalleled comfort and exceptional service. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Operations Manager include:

  • Directly manages assigned staff and indirectly manages all subordinates
  • Articulates Company goals to the staff
  • Demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity, and respect for the Company and associates
  • Unites associates in a common commitment to achieve and exceed these goals
  • Works closely with management throughout the hotel and the Company
  • Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner
  • Directs all operations in alignment with the direction of the General Manager, Company, brand standards, and local, state, and national regulations
  • Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short and long-term planning, and day-to-day operations


Requirements for the Hotel Operations Manager include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Schooling in hospitality management, business, or related major
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Two or more years of related experience
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
  • Serviced focused leader
  • Strong rooms and customer service skills are essential

Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
