Wes-Tech is currently looking to add Mechanical Engineers to it's growing team! In this role, you will work with other talented mechanical engineers to develop solutions to unique and custom automation challenges. On a daily basis you will interact with all areas of our business from Sales to Manufacturing in a fast-paced collaborative environment. What you will get to do:

  • Interface with customers throughout the development process.
  • Work on cross-functional teams through the entire machine development process.
  • Ensure machines are designed and released to manufacturing on time and within budget.
  • Work with custom machinery
  • Travel to customer sites as required for project kickoff or trouble shooting.

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, custom machine design a plus.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes from welding and conventional milling to 3D printing.
  • Hands on experience in SolidWorks and AutoCad.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging equipment.
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship.
