Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Driver to join our team. As a Local Driver, you will be responsible for transporting aggregates to various jobsite and customer locations with end dump trailers. This is a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. We run late model equipment with all automatic transmissions.

Duties:

- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including dump trucks

- Safe dumping of materials from the vehicle

- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

Qualifications:

- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A CDL)

- Proven experience in route driving and delivery operations

- Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including dump trucks

- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
