Our client, an International Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Logistics Supervisor in Hayward, CA.

Job description:

● Lead the operational execution of accounts including performance management, day to day operations
execution, overseas coordination
● Manage Quarter End activities to meet customer requirements including shipment upgrades and coordination
● Initial escalation point for operational matters relating to assigned Global Accounts
● Manage completion of all customer performance and analysis reports, customer presentations, and
other internal reports and presentations as required.

Qualifications：
● Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organization skills
● Positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and calmly handle quickly changing priorities under tight deadlines
● Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
● Strong customer service skills
● Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
● Strong Account Management experience is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
