The Analyst-IPG will support the day to day activities of the Investment Properties Group. Primary activities will include providing underwriting and database management to assist and support existing and new business development within the Investment Properties Group.
The Analyst-IPG will also help coordinate and develop new business opportunities for the Investment Properties Group across the Pyramid Brokerage Company platform.
The Analyst-IPG works in conjunction with the President and Senior Management.

Essential Functions of the Job
DATABASE MANAGEMENT
  • Expansion and management of existing investment property databases including, but not limited to, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hotel and single-tenant properties.
  • Updating any and all databases related to previous and current clients, properties and investment transactions.

MARKETING
  • Develop and maintain relevant presentation materials for Investment Properties Group listings.
  • Develop and support a consistent marketing and promotions campaign on behalf of the Investment Properties Group
  • Provide marketing support to the Investment Properties Group for all investment and other listings.
  • Any and all other marketing duties as required.

OFFERING MEMORANDA/FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
  • Conduct financial underwriting, due diligence and package preparation for investment listings.
  • Complete any and all financial modeling for Offering Memoranda and due diligence.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Prospect and obtain new listing opportunities for the Investment Properties Group.
  • Prospect and develop other financial opportunities for the company including, but not limited to, financing, leasing and property management.
  • Any and all other duties relative to investment sales as required.

OTHER
  • Must maintain a current NYS Real Estate Salesperson license.
  • Must demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and respect with candidates, team, and business partners.
  • Some travel may be required.

Authority and Supervisory Qualifications:
This position reports to Senior Management and/or the office President and serves at the discretion of the office President or delegate. The position carries out all required responsibilities in line with the established policies and statutes of Pyramid Brokerage Company and Widewaters. Executes authority within the Delegation of Authority.

Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree (A.A) preferred or the equivalent of a two (2) year college or technical school; two to three years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The position requires a valid New York State Driver’s License.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; talk or hear. The employee is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by his job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
