Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commissions Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. To excel in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in relevant software and systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Additionally, familiarity with insurance Health industry regulations and practices would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Commission Calculations: Compute commissions based on sales performance, policy renewals, and other relevant metrics according to the company's commission structure and policies.
• Analyze sales and policy data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement in commission processes.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for commission calculations, reporting, and payment distribution to enhance accuracy and streamline operations.
• Generate regular reports on commission payouts, sales performance, and related metrics for management review and decision-making purposes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of commission processes, policies, and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in financial auditing or related field
• Proficient in financial analysis, report writing and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
