Responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, supporting lock desk work-flow by utilizing our pricing engine and investor websites. Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures, and implementation with all guidelines set forth.
Responsibilities:
- Secure pricing and the rate for individual loans.
- Monitor margins to ensure we are receiving our target margins on all individual loan basis.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Support staff with secondary marketing needs and reporting.
- Perform all other duties and projects assigned.
- Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad knowledge of spreadsheet database, word processing and MS Office software.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
