General Summary
Join our dynamic marketing and creative services team as our Digital Marketing Manager. The Etherio marketing and creative services team acts as an integrated marketing agency within our larger. Our team of marketers, creatives, content creators, and multimedia specialists also lead the brand communications for Etherio.
What you’ll do:
As the team’s go-to resource on project management and client relationships, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-quality strategy and communication that keeps our team and our clients marching forward and growing. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our email automation and social media strategy to enhance our agency's and our clients' online presence. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be an expert in content creation, have a strong technical background in email marketing automation tools (including but not limited to HubSpot), and possess exceptional design skills to create visually appealing graphics and layouts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Email Marketing Automation
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for clients across multiple platforms to drive conversions and customer retention.
- Manage email marketing campaigns for the company using HubSpot, ensuring effective targeting, segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement automated email marketing strategies for both the company and our clients to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.
- Partner with business development in the creation of email campaigns and landing pages to support specific initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, writers, and developers to execute projects.
- Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to drive innovation and success.
- Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Tracking time in project management system against client allocation budget.
Social Media Management
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all social clients.
- Develop and implement social media strategies for both the company and our clients to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.
- Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
- Create unique graphics for digital content for the company and our clients.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and campaigns for better results.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients to communicate project progress, performance, and results.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Tracking time in project management system against client allocation budget.
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred with a concentration in marketing, business or communications.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a full-time agency social media manager and/or email automation manager.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and email marketing strategies.
- Expertise in using HubSpot, SalesForce, or similar email platforms.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
- Experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and web analytics tools.
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva a plus.
WORKPLACE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
Atlanta/Hybrid
- We operate as a Hybrid work environment, working as a combination of remote and 3 days in-office presence in our Atlanta office, as well as the possibility of being onsite at client and/or event locations.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel at least 20%
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
- Requires flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client, event, or company needs.
