Ckd Aerospace LLC is an aircraft kit manufacture. We manufacture kits in wood, aluminum and composites as well offer builder assistance and light GA parts manufacturing, CAD design, and rapid prototyping. Ckd is a rapidly growing corporation and has operations worldwide.

We are currently looking for a FAA licensed Aircraft Airframe and Powerplant, (A&P) and/or Inspector Authorized (IA) mechanic. The candidate would work in our central Georgia build center / repair shop overseeing the building and/or repairs being performed on both certified and experimental aircraft. The job would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with the possibility of some overtime in the event of AOG. The candidate would be working with the staff within our corporation and needs to be able to coordinate with other mechanics, customers, and management for parts ordering, invoicing, and aircraft record keeping. Technician must also be able to work independently and be self motivated. Pay will be based on experience, certifications, and ratings in the aviation field. Some local travel maybe required. The position has a mandatory requirement of pre-employment and random drug testing to maintain this position.

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
