**Job Description: **

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated GM Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, particularly with GM vehicles. As a GM Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities: **

- Conduct thorough inspections of GM vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues.

- Diagnose vehicle problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks according to GM standards and specifications.

- Replace or repair defective parts as needed, ensuring the quality and safety of the vehicle.

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for vehicle maintenance.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient operations.

- Stay updated on GM technology, training, and repair procedures.

**Requirements: **

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program is preferred.

- Certified as a GM Service Technician or willingness to obtain certification.

- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with GM vehicles.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electronics.

- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
