Korean Air is seeking motivated and talented individuals to fill the Aircraft Maintenance Technician position at our Los Angeles International Airport.
1. About the Job
- Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician
- Location: Los Angeles International Airport
- Job Type: Full-Time
2. Daily Duties
- Make advance preparation for incoming aircrafts
- Perform safety checks for all equipment parked around aircrafts
- Perform Transit Check and/or Post/Pre Flight Check of all aircrafts including oil/hydraulic fluid servicing
- Trouble-shoot and repair all unscheduled aircraft maintenance
- Make fuel load requests, check density, and supervise refueling services
- Perform ground to cockpit communication while tow-in and push back of aircraft
- Perform cockpit-to-tower communication and aircraft control while long tow
- Operate all tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job
- Supervise all ground services including Marshalling, Towing, Fueling, Catering, Water, Lavatory, Cabin, Cargo for safety and security
- Complete all required maintenance records
3. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Must possess valid FAA License
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be able to work on days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- Previous Aircraft Maintenance experience will be considered in the salary negotiation
- The hourly wage varies depending on the experience and FAA license
