JOB SUMMARY
The Aviation Life Support Equipment Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, and/or replacing equipment "Helmets and NVG goggles" utilized by employees on company aircraft as well as subsidiary companies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Perform inspection/repair of company owned helmets
- Perform inspection/repair of NVG's
- Create shipping labels/receiving labels
- Maintain company inventory
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High Diploma or equivalent
- A&P preferred but not required

- Well-organized, analytical and self-directed.

- Avionics/mechanical background preferred

- Ability to work with a variety of mechanical tools and instruments
Experience
- One year experience in avionics or electronic/electrical background preferred
