Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive for our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide customer support for one or more producers in the Commercial Lines department
- Respond to phone and email requests from customers, insurance companies, internal staff
- Process daily mail, including faxes and emails, for assigned customers
- Validate coverage and rating for policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations
- Keep up-to-date follow-up system for correspondence/requests
- Maintain up-to-date renewal expiration reports
- Invoice policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations as required
- Enter all required data into the AMS to maintain current file data on all accounts
- Attach all documents to the AMS via the ImageRight document management software
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3+ years’ Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, required
- New Mexico P&C License, required
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
- Some college, a plus, not required
- Strong analytical aptitude and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
